Yasui Consulting, represented by Ichiro Yasui and based in Osaka, Japan, is responsible for handling personal information covered by this notice.

Yasui Consulting may collect information that you provide, including your name, position, email address, company, website, country, industry, Japan-project stage, timing, enquiry details and other information you choose to submit.
The website hosting and form-processing providers may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, date and time of access, referring page and security logs.
3. Purposes of use

- assess and respond to enquiries;
- determine whether a discussion or consulting engagement may be appropriate;
- communicate about a requested or proposed engagement;

4. Service providers and processing outside Japan
Website hosting and form processing are provided through Netlify. Email and other technology service providers may also process information on behalf of Yasui Consulting. Yasui Consulting does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:

- public authorities or other parties where required by law; or
- parties necessary to protect legal rights, security or safety.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including enquiry follow-up, engagement administration, legal requirements and dispute prevention. Form submissions and related records are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably required.

Yasui Consulting takes reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information handled. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Cookies and analytics
This launch version of the website does not intentionally deploy advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs required for operation and security. This notice will be updated before any non-essential analytics or tracking technology is introduced.
9. Your requests
You may contact Yasui Consulting to ask about the personal information held about you, or to request correction, deletion or cessation of use where applicable. Requests may require reasonable identity verification and may be subject to legal exceptions.
